The Annual Fall Conference 2025 will be held November 11-14, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa in beautiful Huntington Beach, California.
To receive a Conference Registration cancellation refund for attendees and/or a spouse/significant other, you must cancel the registration by close of business on October 1, via email to sacrs@sacrs.org.
Early-Bird registration price applies to Affiliate Members only. Early-Bird registration fee must be paid on or prior to September 1 to receive the discounted price. Early-Bird registraiton fees will increase to the Regular price if payment is not received on or prior to September 1.
System Staff, Trustees, Non-Profit Members, and Non-Members registration prices are set at one price and do not change.
SACRS preferred form of payment is electronic via ACH/WIRE or by check. Credit card payments will incur a 3.5% surcharge per transaction to cover merchant fees. The fee will be included on the registration confirmation/payment receipt for your records. To avoid credit card fees, please consider sending a check or ACH/WIRE for payment. If you do not have the ACH/WIRE information, please contact SACRS at sacrs@sacrs.org.
By registering to attend the SACRS Fall Conference 2025 attendees agree to comply with the provisions of the Event Health Safety Code and Code of Conduct found in SACRS Bylaws.
