Affiliate Committee

The Affiliate Committee acts as the representative of Affiliate members and is responsible for advising the Board of Directors and supporting the Program Committee in developing conference program content and social events. The committee consists of nine members appointed by the committee chair and approved by the Board of Directors.

Affiliate members wishing to be considered for the Affiliate Committee should submit an application after January 1, 2020, by completing the following form. Affiliate members who have completed an application and meet the requirements will be considered for the next open seat on the Affiliate Committee.
