Bylaws Committee

The Bylaws Committee is responsible for the maintenance of the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws. The committee chair is appointed by the President and approved by the Board of Directors. The committee is comprised of no less than three members nominated by the chair and approved by the Board.
