interest in and to the Website and Content belong solely and exclusively to SACRS

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy. SACRS membership dues
are non-refundable. All event cancellations must be received 30 days prior to
the start date of the event or as listed in event information for a full
refund, SACRS does not offer partial refunds. All SACRS product sales are
final.
13. USER'S CONSENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND TO AGREEMENT. IN
CONSIDERATION OF BEING ALLOWED TO USE THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS SET FORTH ABOVE. USE OF THE WEBSITE
