Articles of Incorporation

The Articles of Incorporation act as a charter to legally establish the existence of our organization. The SACRS Articles of Incorporation on file with the State of California establish the organization’s purposes and powers, the role of the Board of Directors in directing and managing the organization, and additional restrictions and indemnifications.
