The State Association of County Retirement Systems (SACRS) is a non-profit public benefit corporation formed to provide forums for disseminating knowledge of and developing expertise in the operation of county retirement systems existing under the County Employees Retirement Law of 1937. Subject to limitations of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, the activities and affairs of SACRS shall be conducted and all corporate powers shall be exercised by or under the direction of the Board of Directors.
