Conference Discounted Rate: $239 per night, does not include state/local tax or fees.
Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date: The cut-off date to receive the discounted rate is October 16. Reservation requests after 5 pm local time at the hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing transient rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee by the hotel.
Conference Discounted Hotel Destination Fee: $15 a night will be applied to each reservation. The destination fee includes many amenities which are listed here.

Hotel Check-In/Check-Out: Guest accommodations are available at 4:00 pm on arrival and reserved until 11:00 am on the departure day. Attendees wishing special consideration for early arrival/late check-out should contact the hotel prior to arrival to avoid fees.
Hotel Parking: Self-parking and valet parking fees are included in resort charge for SACRS guests.
Hotel Waiting List: If you are unable to reserve a room at the host hotel and want to be added to the hotel waiting list, please submit your request by completing a request via the online waitlist link.
Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee a reservation. As rooms become available, we will assign to attendees on the list in the order received.
If you have trouble booking your prefered nights, book the nights you can and place your name on the waitlist for the nights you need.
