Conference Discounted Rate: $239 per night, does not include state/local tax or fees.
Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date: The cut-off date to receive the discounted rate is April 18, 2025. Reservation requests after 5 pm local time at the hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing transient rate. Reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee by the hotel.
Conference Discounted Hotel Destination Fee: $15 a night will be applied to each reservation. The destination fee includes many amenities which are listed here.

Check-In/Check-Out: Guest accommodations are available at 4:00 pm on arrival and reserved until 11:00 am on the departure day. Attendees wishing special consideration for early arrival/late check-out should contact the hotel prior to arrival to avoid fees.
Parking: Parking is included in the discounted resort fee for hotel guests, $15 per day, and is complimentary for non-hotel guests.
Hotel Waiting List: If you are unable to secure the required room nights at the host hotel and want to be added to the hotel waiting list, please submit your request via the hotel waiting list link. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee a reservation. As rooms become available due to cancellations, SACRS will assign to attendees on the list in the order received. If you are unable to reserve all the night(s) needed, please consider adjusting your arrival/departure dates to book a portion of your stay. Then submit the night(s) needed via the link, we will make every effort to accommodate the request. Waiting list nights will not be assigned until mid-April.
