Conference Discounted Rate: $255 Deluxe / $305 Fireplace Suite / $355 Deluxe Fireplace per night, does not include state/local tax or fees.
Individual Guest Room Cancellations/Deposits: When reservations are made, the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival.
The equivalent of the attendee’s entire stay will be billed to the attendee’s credit card for each attendee who does not arrive or if a reservation is canceled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival. An attendee who departs prior to their confirmed departure date will be charged for the unused balance of their stay.
Hotel Reservation Cut-Off Date: The cut-off date to receive the discounted rate is April 12, 2026. Reservation requests after 5 pm local time at the hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing transient rate.
Conference Discounted Hotel Destination Fee: $30 a night will be applied to each reservation. The destination fee includes many amenities which are listed here.

Check-In/Check-Out: Guest accommodations are available at 4:00 pm on arrival and reserved until 11:00 am on the departure day. Attendees wishing special consideration for early arrival/late check-out should contact the hotel prior to arrival to avoid fees.
Parking: Attendees staying at Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe - Valet $65 per night / Self-Parking $35 per night. Attendees NOT staying onsite at hotel - Valet Parking $40 per hour / Self-Parking $35 per day. Attendees who do not stay at hotel and use Self-Parking, must go by the front desk after parking to get the conference discount of $35 per day.

Attendees flying to the conference, the Reno International Airport is the closest airport to the host hotel. SACRS will be providing round-robin shuttle service for all registered attendees to / from the Reno International Airport / Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe, during heavy arrival/departure on the days the conference begins and ends - Tuesday, May 12 and Friday, May 15. There will not be a hosted shuttle service to / from the Everline Resort & Spa, Lake Tahoe / Reno International Airport on Monday, May 11, Wednesday, May 13, and Thursday May 14.

Conference Attire: All sessions and social functions at SACRS Spring Conference 2026 are business casual. Due to the location this year, jeans are permitted, no holes or tears in attire. Warm outdoor layers are suggested; the temperatures are cool at night and moderate during the day. Receptions are held outdoors with heat warmers but can get chilly in the evening.
