Conference Registration

 

To register for the conference, you must be logged into your account and then simply click on the Register button below.  If you do not have an account with SACRS, you can create one by selecting "Log-In" in the upper right corner of the website and follow the prompts. Non-Members are welcome to participate at the conference, but must create an account to register. All price options/fees can be viewed in the registration section under pricing. Early-Bird pricing applies to Affiliate Members only. 

 
 
Payment: SACRS preferred form of payment is Wire/ACH, however we also accept Checks and Credit Cards. Credit Card payments will incur a surcharge fee per transaction to cover the merchant fees. To avoid fees, please consider the preferred payment option. Checks can be mailed to SACRS, 840 Richards Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95811. If you do not have SACRS Wire/ACH information, please contact SACRS at sacrs@sacrs.org. 
 
Cancellations: To receive a Conference Registration refund, including spouse/significant other registrations, you must cancel your registration by April 1, 2025. Please email cancellation requests or to modify your registration to sacrs@sacrs.org. If you need to cancel after the refund deadline, you may send another representative in your place. SACRS does not allow "Badge Sharing' for partial attendance, roll over/credit for future conference attendance, or single day attendance options. 
 
Conference Attire: All sessions and social functions at SACRS Spring Conference 2025 are business casual.
 
Conditions: By registering for the SACRS Spring Conference 2025, you agree to the participation guidelines outlined in the SACRS Bylaws and the SACRS Event Health Safety Code of Conduct.

SACRS Retirement System "What's New" submissions due date is April 15 and the Business Meeting Voting Proxy form is due back no later than May 1.  When completed, please send both to sacrs@sacrs.org. If your Retirement Board needs additiional time to submit, please contact SACRS. You can download both documents below:
