SACRS bylaws define the roles, rights and obligations of our members, committees, directors and staff. The Association’s bylaws govern the process and procedures of our operation and are intended to ensure fairness in all proceedings. Considered a living document, bylaws are periodically reviewed and revised as needed to reflect the dynamic nature of the organization.
