The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the affairs of the organization, including setting policies and directing SACRS staff. The Board is comprised of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Immediate Past President. The Chair of the Affiliate Membership Committee serves as a non-voting advisor and/or consultant to the Board for educational purposes.
Members of the Board serve a one-year term, beginning with the first Board meeting of the calendar year. Directors are eligible for re-election to the Board.
